Yep~~you probably guessed it, I had leftovers..lol! Leftover Hash Browns, leftover Sausage, leftover Cheese and leftover hunger. 🙂
Now here we are with the best little bite sized Breakfast Ball ever to land in your your mouth! Each Ball packs a huge punch…filled with all that’s awesome in the Breakfast world…or any world for that matter! Forget that formal plate, napkin and silly table conversation, now you can grab your Breakfast, one ball at a time and be on your way! 🙂
These Balls are so tasty and fun you’ll want two for each hand!
What you’ll need for a huge pile of Balls:
4 cups Hash Browns..I used the frozen variety~defrosted!
1lb. Cooked Sausage
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Whole Beans…optional!
3 cups Bisquick
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
In a large bowl combine the Bisquick, defrosted Hash Browns, cooked Sausage, Cheddar, Beans, Salt & Pepper and mix it up VERY well…
Now, get your hands into those Balls and work it~roll them into approx. 1″ size! Wet your hands now and then to make it easier!
Place them onto a baking sheet and bake them at 350 degrees for approx. 15 minutes..or until the balls are golden and firm…
Let those Balls cool off for a bit so you don’t burn your mouth…
Make sure to let others grab some Balls first, it’s only good manners…
Now YOU can grab some Balls for yourself…
One at a time now! 🙂 ~Enjoy!
What kind of beans, and do you smash them up before mixing in or leave them whole?
I love your blog.. I just found you. Very exciting!! I also just “Liked” Cooking With Mr. C. ” on Facebook. It takes you to a very cool blog with great food and celebrity photos. Happy holidays !!! Doreen
I know what I’m making for the Christmas party. Good idea!
Hope you love them! Some readers suggested adding them to a slow cooker full of gravy, for all day enjoyment..lol. That will add some moisture to them as well…they are on the dry side. 🙂
What kind of beans do you use? Thanks
They were canned pinto beans 🙂
