Sometimes, I like to take a really great thing and just add some flair, change it up, make it tiny umm..’adorable-icious’..lol! Sometimes it works & sometimes..well, it doesn’t. This time it totally worked! 🙂
All I did was take the good old regular method for “Puppy Chow” a.k.a “Monkey Munch” and simply funified it! I made it teeny tiny by using Rice Krispies! It’s so itty-bity that it had to be re-named “Mouse Munch”! You’ll squeeeak with happiness!
Big hands little hands just go bonkers for this super fun stuff, and as a bonus, it’s small enough to add to anything you can imagine! Top some cereal with it..add it to a frosted cupcake, jazz up your trail mix or make some over-the-top Krispie Treats! Ooo Yeah!
Whatever you want to add it to, it. will. work! At my house though, a simple bowl full and an available hand is all that’s required for all of my mice to be squeaky happy! 🙂
FYI: This recipe makes about 3 tons of Mouse Munch! Have cute jars available, or lots of hungry Mice!
What you’ll need:
9 Cups of Rice Krispies
1 Cup of Chocolate Chips
1 Cup of Peanut Butter (Creamy or Crunchy)
6 tbsp. Melted Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
A GIANT ZIPLOC Baggie
Lots of Mice
Directions:
In a microwave safe bowl add, the chocolate chips, vanilla, peanut butter, and butter..nuke until melted!
Stir that baby until it’s thick and irresistible.
Pour the Melty Mouse Mix over the Rice Krispies and gently coat all of the cereal.
Add all of the coated cereal into the giant baggie and add the powdered sugar. ZIP IT UP..and shake-shake-shake!
Pour it evenly onto a lined sheet pan to set-up for about 10 seconds minutes.
Scoop some out..or heck, just dive in!
This will totally bring all the Mice to the yard..so be ready! ~Enjoy! 🙂
This is so cute 🙂

This looks really good! But your ingredient list has vanilla, but your directions don’t use any vanilla.. Is there actually vanilla in there somewhere?
Opps, yes, so sorry! I fixed it! 🙂
