This takes bacon to a whole new level!!
Crisp up your bacon as you normally do, when it’s crispy, smear on some of your favorite spicy pepper jelly and bake at 350 for about 5 minutes, or until the jelly becomes sticky and thick! As the bacon cools the jelly will become like a candy coating on the bacon…YUM!!
*HINT* Feel free to use a sweet jelly if spice isn’t your thing..it’s also a great twist on a BLT!!
