Well, it’s time to say goodbye to yet another Halloween!! And after the initial excitement from the pounds & pounds of free candy wears off, what are we left with?
Hyper kids and enough leftover chocolate to outlast even your best fat jeans..LOL!
Bottom line-It needs to go, and quick!
Here’s a great way to use up some of that temptation, that would otherwise just lay around the house for way too long, calling your name!
Simply turn it all into one big dessert, invite people over and POOF, it’s gone..whew! 🙂
Mix up a batch of your favorite brand of box cake, I used a white cake mix, but any flavor you like will work!
Pour the batter into a lightly sprayed shallow baking dish and scatter any and all leftover candy right over the top…don’t stir it or smush it down, it will do its own beautiful thing as it bakes!
