Think of this as Rocky Road Fudge with a girly twist!!
All girls know that roads don’t always have to be ugly and rocky!! They can be pink and pretty, as long as we’re not above following directions! 😉
This Smooth Road Fudge is full of pretty pink pepperminty marshmallows, suspended in milk chocolate, and studded with sliced salty almonds! Proven to improve your mood in 5 out of 5 independent studies..(yeah, I had 5 pieces!)
The men in the house will be sneaking these when they think we’re not looking..they actually believe that if we don’t see them, we don’t know what they’re up to…aww, how cute is that?! Hahaha! 🙂
What you’ll need:
2 cups of Peppermint Mini Marshmallows
1 package of Milk Chocolate Almond Bark
1 1/2 cups of sliced Almonds
Directions:
Melt the Almond Bark over a double boiler, stirring until smooth!
Let cool for 5 minutes, and gently fold in 1 cup of the almonds, and the marshmallows.
Pour into a parchment lined pan, smoothing the top with a spatula..sprinkle the top with the remaining almonds, and let cool until firm!
Cut or break into pieces and enjoy!!
*HINT* Remember to giggle when you see the guy’s big pink smiles…and don’t tell them why! 😉
