I’m not sure if there’s a more perfect food than Peanut Butter! What else goes so well with almost anything, or can be eaten all by itself, and is SO delicious?!
My favorite way to eat it, second to fingers of course..is all warm and creamy, surrounded by a chewy and moist Brownie Bite….Mmm!
I love Brownies & I love Peanut Butter, but when you put them together..it’s double love! I chose to use PB Crave’s “Razzle Dazzle” variety of Peanut Butter for this recipe, because it has Raspberry swirled into it..cah-razzzy good! If words existed to describe how good these are, I’d be using them right now! But they just don’t, we need new words..LOL!
This delicious chewy little brownie bite makes the perfect scoop for getting the peanut butter where it belongs..in our mouths! Such a simple, yet impressive treat, and the perfect bite sized brownie bowl to satisfy any sweet tooth! Pop five one right into your mouth and savor the happiness it brings you! 🙂
What you’ll need:
A box of Fudge Brownie Mix
PB Crave’s Razzle Dazzle Peanut Butter (or any Peanut Butter)
Mini Chocolate Chips for garnish
Raspberries..for garnish (optional)
A mini muffin tin
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix together the Brownie batter..
Generously spray the muffin tin with non-stick spray and fill her up about 3/4 of the way
Bake them for about 12 minutes, or until they’re just cooked through.
While they’re warm, use a handle, or your thumb to gently create what I like to call the “Peanut Butter Puddle Dimple” 🙂
Don’t go all the way through!
Let them cool in the pan, and then they will pop right out!
Fill the ‘dimple’ with a scoop of Peanut Butter, and top them with some Mini Chocolate Chips…and/or a Raspberry! 🙂
Grab a PB Puddle Brownie & sink your teeth through that creamy Peanut Butter, into the most amazingly chewy Brownie ever..ahhh!
Best Brownie Bite Ever! ~Enjoy! 🙂
Drooling on my keyboard over here!
Addictive!
These look super. You’re right that peanut butter sounds fabulous!
Just dropping by to say hi and tell you that I nominated you for The Versatile Blogger Award… http://definitelyleopard.com/2012/06/24/the-versatile-blogger-award.aspx
OMGosh Beth!!! THANK YOU SOOOO much for thinking of me! These are such fun…and I really enjoy your blog as well! 🙂
omyGOODNESS! I am OBSESSED with these!! I just made some pb and chocolate cookies are they are getting seriously jealous of these brownies…. 🙂
What’s also really cool…Is make the Brownie Batter and do them in the pain like you normally would…(a square 8×8 pan) and Pour in some PB and run your knife criss-cross thru to get a cool pattern and then bake them in the oven…the peanut butter stays gooey and gets warm with the brownie mix…
How I feel so lucky to have stumbled across your FB page (and then redirected here). Just made a batch of these and they are heavenly! Here in the UK, our peanut butter is a tad on the salty side, so I mixed 2 parts double (heavy) cream to 1 part peanut butter to give it the texture of mousse. Then I filled the brownie ‘cups’ and topped with shaved chocolate and a raspberry. I started off with 4 dozen – got about 40 left (and they are for our dessert tonight – whoops!)
Have bookmarked half a dozen more recipes – will definitely be a regular visitor!
Thanks so much, I’m so glad you love them. 🙂
