I honestly don’t think that I could bake up a plain Sugar Cookie if my life depended on it, even though I love Sugar Cookies..lol! I simply can’t look at that ‘blank canvas’ of white, sugary dough yummyness, and not want to shove tons of other yummies all up in it! 🙂
That being said, some things are definitely better than others when it comes to dough shoving! Caramel Corn makes so much sense, it’s deliciously ridiculous!
Make a batch of these fun, crunchy, Caramelly & slightly salty Cookies to share with a few dozen of your closest friends! They’re super easy and you will be everyone’s favorite Corny friend forever! 🙂
What you’ll need:
1 roll of Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough
1 Box of Caramel Corn..or Approx 3 cups
Directions:
Put the Sugar Cookie Dough in a large bowl, kind of smush it up with your CLEAN hands..then pour all of the Caramel Corn in there. Now, with your CLEAN hands..get in there and really mix it up. Show it who’s boss and smush, smush..smush! Make sure that the Caramel Corn is evenly combined throughout the Cookie Dough.
Scoop the dough into about 1-2″ balls and place them onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake them at 350 degrees for approx. 12 minutes or until the Cookies are slightly golden!
Let them cool before you attempt to take them off of the Cookie Sheet!
Grab some cold Milk…
And do what comes naturally! ~Enjoy! 🙂
I love your recipe….I would love to print it, but it won’t let me. Thanks, Kimi
OK I guess i need to go back to the store, because these look amazing, now what about some crushed up pretzel sticks too.
Hi Amy.
I’m glad you used Crunch and Munch. Lol. When I read caramel corn cookies, all I could think of was the husks in the corn and how unappealing that would be with a mouth full of cookie.
When I make these I will WASH my hands before I smush the dough. Haha.
Thanks.
Love your whacky recipes!! I make sugar cookies and will do this the next time I make them..hmmm Christmas!!
I’m usually not a big sugar cookie fan, but these cookies look amazing!! I can’t wait to try this recipe, and its so simple I don’t even need to print it out!
Thank you how delish are those, and mine look pretty close to yours yummers
Yay! 🙂
