So..what do YOU do when you have “bottom of the bag” Doritos leftover and some cheese slices in the fridge?!  Do you do nothing, or do you stack those babies up into glorious layers of cheesy chips and get them into the oven to become one?

ONE amazing, personalized nacho stack of melty, cheesy, Doritos awesomeness?  The Doritos get all toasty and crisp, while the cheese makes the most delicious “glue” ever, and holds the whole thing together. 🙂

~I’d hope you would do exactly what I did here and create a little unique, individualized snack-stack!  It’s like a pile of Nachos that only YOU get to touch..lol!

~Top them with anything you like, salsa, chili, sour cream..anything!  🙂

What you’ll need:

Doritos

Cheese..I used Velveeta slices~don’t hate..lol!

A muffin/cupcake pan

Any toppings you love

Directions:

Layer the cheese between each Dorito, and stack them as high as you’d like to go!  🙂

Do the layering inside the pan, use liners if you’d like easier removal and a “muffin-like” result!

Bake the stacks at 350 degrees for approx. 10-12 minutes, or until they’re all melted together as one!  If the tops get too toasty before the cheese is fully melted, simply tent them with some foil for the remaining time in the oven.

Serve them~~  EAT THEM!  ~Enjoy!  🙂
