And let me just say~ WOW! I don’t go one day without relying on my knives and I am super picky about them too. I can spot a cheap, worthless knife in one second flat, so when these beautiful babies got into my hands, it was game on! They not only didn’t disappoint me, but they exceeded all of my expectations, slicing through potatoes like butter, onions, celery, and even spaghetti squash with ease. I don’t know how I ever made it this long without them.
