Here’s your proof. This simple yet scrumptious slice is filled with succulent cheesecake, and studded with OREOS, making it the most magnificent mash-up of all mash-ups.
Now you can have your cheesecake and OREOS all in one bite, without even turning on the oven. That’s right! It doesn’t get any easier than this!
Each bite is cool, creamy, and SO good. The combo of that sweet cheesecake filling with that classic OREO crunch..topped off with a nutty Graham Cracker Crumb sprinkle just to drive it all home, is nothing short of magical!
What you’ll need:
1 box of OREOS..I used double stuf, but regular will work too.
1-8oz. cream cheese
16 oz. cool whip
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup fudge sauce/topping
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 standard size loaf pan
Directions:
Mix the cream cheese with the cool whip, either by hand or in a food processor until smooth.
..then add in the sweetened condensed milk and blend to combine…
Line the pan with plastic wrap, making sure that it will overlap enough to cover the entire top.
Now, smear some of the filling evenly on the bottom of the pan.
Top it with a single layer of the OREOS…
..continue layering until you reach the top. At the top smooth out a layer of the filling and swirl in the fudge sauce…
Cover it with the plastic and place it into the fridge for at least a few hours until it’s frozen…
Invert it onto your serving plate…
When you’re ready to serve, remove it from the freezer and peel open the plastic…
Top it with some graham cracker crumbs and get to slicing.
And serving…
And sharing…
And eating! ~Enjoy! 🙂
