OATS

Oat groats are whole, minimally processed oats, low in saturated fat, and very low in cholesterol and sodium. Oats are also a good source of dietary fiber, thiamin, magnesium and phosphorus, and a very good source of manganese.

Our gluten-free, organic oat groats are available in three sizes: 2 lb bags, 10lb singles or 50lb cases. Our 50lb cases ship free.
