Our Green Story
When you choose Crave Brothers Farmstead Classics Cheese, you are supporting locally owned and operated family farms. We know you’ll appreciate the fact that we use 100% green power, and practice water conservation and recycling. We’re a carbon-negative company, too, which means we produce more power with our bio digester than we use for our dairy and cheese plant.
Crave Brothers Farmstead Classics cheeses not only taste good, they make you feel good about your choice. Our cheese is made from our farm-fresh milk, produced on a state-of-the-art farm with sustainability practices that help preserve the environment for future generations.

Fresh Mozzarella
Our fresh mozzarella is a fresh, milky cheese great for salads and appetizers. Serve it with fresh tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh basil. The cheese is packed in water to keep it fresh.
Recipe Applications
- Slice onto pizzas and flatbreads, or toss in pasta salads
- Grilled vegetables or prosciutto Panini’s

- Fresh tomatoes, fruit, basil, pesto, olives and tapenades
- Cava or other sparkling wines
Crave Brothers Farmstead Classics Fresh Mozzarella comes in retail and foodservice containers of perline (pearl size), ciliegine (cherry size), bocconcini (ball size), ovoline (egg size), medallions, 8 oz. balls, 1# balls, and 1# logs. We also offer a marinated ciliegine (marinated in an olive oil/canola oil blend with our own spice mix) in retail and foodservice containers.
Our fresh mozzarella is now also available in curd form to pull your own fresh mozzarella by hand.
