Our Mission
Our mission is to make all kids feel included. We created amazing, allergen-free snacks with real ingredients. If we wouldn’t eat it by the (school) busload, we certainly would not offer it to you and your family. Because at Without A Trace, we believe every kid deserves delicious snacks.

We only manufacture and package in our own dedicated allergen-friendly facility. And we routinely test our raw ingredients and final products. When you see the name Without A Trace, you will never see those frustrating words “May contain traces of…” on any of our products.

I grew up with severe food allergies and watched my mom suffer from allergic reactions. I lived with fear and the burden of having to keep myself safe from a young age. I remember being on the verge of tears so many times because I felt isolated when I couldn’t eat birthday treats. I grew increasingly frustrated with my options. Even items labeled nut-free still said “may contain traces of.” When I discovered that one of my children had food allergies, I knew it was time to leave my job, take a leap of faith and create Without a Trace.
The more we work on Without a Trace, the more we realize it is bigger than food. Our goal is for your kid to never feel left out because of his allergies or be labeled as “the allergic kid.” We want her friends to all want to try her cool, colorful snacks. We also want to simplify snack time. That means creating snacks your whole family will love and giving you the option to get them delivered to your doorstep every month.
